Returns Window: Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving the item.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is also required for all returns.

Covered Issues: Our returns policy covers manufacturing defects, tears and faults. We also cover issues relating to incorrect sizes being sent.

Excluded Issues: Items not fitting due to customer error is not covered. As all our items are custom-made, we provide size charts to consult before placing an order.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us via the contact form on the website, or via Instagram DM.

Return Approval: Once we receive your return request, we will review the information and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
